POV (LEDs) Empty POV (LEDs)

Do I need to light the LEDs one by one in any order, and repeat that process in order for our eyes to see that the LEDs are turned on in a pattern, for a long time?

yes. but because of the MCU's speed, if you don't have theright delay, it wouldlook like the LEd's are lightning at the same time.

you may store the patterns there or you can just load it immediately on your program.

If I will be using a register per pattern (it will be moving), and if they 1 as a horizontal line, how can I remove the light of the LEDs connected in a PIN horizontally? And can I add the registers of rest of the turned on LEDs and save it in the accumulator?
